  1. The table shows power to detect different overall survival (OS) using 1600, 1800, and 2000 patients with different assumptions for 2-year overall survival rate. A clinically relevant absolute difference in 2-year overall survival is considered to be 5%. No interim analyses are planned. Base case assumed for this trial is highlighted in gray (97.38%)
